It is debatable how quick and reliable (especially when disconnected without ejecting) are - logic would say ReFS wins but in my experience NTFS wins.

NTFS is less supported in non-windows devices (like Android phones, routers, maybe some NASes, etc). Just make sure to tag the post with the flair and give a little background info/context.
